Tie-Down Cleats (4pc. Set)

These tough nylon tie-down cleats come in sets of four.  Each cleat is conservatively rated for 125 lbs. of pull strength.  The cleats twist into the rack's side rails and can be positioned where needed almost anywhere along the rails.  The cleats are tensioned solidly in place with combo pan head machine screws.  Fits all Bed-Saver Rack kits except Toyota Tundra.
